The Candulor Denture System

Candulor system is a premier denture system used in Switzerland and throughout many parts of Europe. This system is taught at the University of Zurich, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Freiburg and Dortmund and is based on Professor Dr. A. Gerber’s condylar theory featuring the lingualized occlusion system. The system is based on a combination of premium Swiss teeth and denture products using superior techniques and tools. Every participant will work with a live patient and produce an upper and lower denture for him or her. One important factor for success with dentures is stability when chewing. Important criteria for the stability of full dentures are the combination of physical, biological and prosthetic forces. The technique and theory for the Gerber method addresses these factors. The Gerber method utilizes the lingualized occlusion technique, and requires critical evaluation of the patient.

The completed denture is very stable and provides other significant advantages for the patient.
